First Mate - Seasonal for a 35m Private/Charter M/Y in Palma. Ideal for an experienced First Mate with a couple of seasons of experience. Requires STCW, ENG1, Yacht Master Offshore certification, and Covid vaccination. Candidate should have strong exterior maintenance skills and be a hands-on team player. Salary: 4.500 euros + Tips. Good references, communication, and time management skills are essential. Male candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements.
