2nd Officer

The position is for a 2nd Officer on a 50m Private/Charter Motor yacht offering the opportunity for promotion to Chief Officer within the first 3 months. The role involves leading from the front, being present on deck, and managing bridge duties. The yacht operates dual season itineraries in the Mediterranean and Bahamas, with medium owner usage. The candidate should have experience holding CM3000 certificate and be ready to step up to Chief Officer. The salary starts at 6000 Euros, rising to 7500 Euros upon promotion, with a 5:1 rotation, discretionary bonus, and training budgets provided.
