Description

Burgess recruitment is seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef for a 47m yacht in the Central Med for Summer Season 2024. The ideal candidate should have restaurant training, be versatile, creative, clean, and organized. They must create fresh, healthy menus with a focus on quality over quantity, with a preference for Mediterranean cuisine. Responsibilities include provisioning, organization, planning when at anchor. Salary DOE, start date ASAP. Minimum 4 seasons on similar yachts and up-to-date STCW certificates required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 seasons on board similar-sized yachts • All STCW certificates must be up to date for the next 6 months • Participation in fire and MOB (Man Overboard) teams • Restaurant trained Chef • Preference for Mediterranean cuisine
