Description

Lead Deckhand on a 42m Private Motor Yacht (New Build) in the Mediterranean. Seeking an experienced individual with 2-3 years of deck experience on similar yachts to work autonomously. Ideal candidate is outgoing, dynamic, and proactive with diving experience. Must be a team player with verifiable references, fluent in English, and willing to travel. Salary range €3500-4000, with 45 days of leave per year.

Requirements

• Medical Fitness Certificate • STCW • PBL2 • Yachtmaster Offshore (some of the OOW Modules would be of a great plus) • 2/3 years of experience on Deck on similar size yachts
