Deckhand

Deckhand position available for a 40m+ Private/Charter S/Y in Spain. Permanent role starting ASAP on a busy dual-season vessel. Requires YM Offshore with commercial endorsement and a minimum of one year experience on sailing yachts over 30m. Strong sailing skills essential. Preference for AEC or mechanical background. B1B2 and Seamans discharge book advantageous. Fluency in English required. Non-smoking vessel with 7 mixed nationality crew. Salary dependent on experience with MLC SEA standard.
