Lead Deckhand

We are looking for a Lead Deckhand with min 2 years experience, who is well-rounded, driven and with 'something different' to bring to the team, for a prestigious 70m+ well-established Private MY. The yacht operates a busy Med season with an alternating Carib season, so a good opportunity for your sea days towards the OOW. The ideal candidate does not have to know everything when it comes to maintenance however should be able to 'set the pace' and have good energy as the Bosun and Second Officers are very hard working and push the team. We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create and provide great experiences for the guest and owners with a professional, easy-going personality with a great sense of humor. Our ideal candidate is organized and efficient, good with juggling a lot if things at the same time, a great communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills, detail oriented, driven, is able to help build and train a fantastic deck team and loves to provide the highest level of service and exceed guest expectations.

• 2 years' experience on yachts of similar size with proven large tender experience. • STCW • ENG1 • PDSD • Yachtmaster preferred. additional tickets would be a bonus.
