JMS Careers is seeking an experienced First Mate for a 35m Private High Performance Sailing Yacht, with a start date in mid-September. This permanent position offers a salary of EUR 6,000. The role involves watchkeeping and requires strong sailing and yacht maintenance skills. The yacht's 2024 itinerary includes cruising in the summer, participation in the America’s Cup regatta in October, and wintering in Palma.
