Sole Chef

JMS Careers is seeking a Sole Chef for a private charter yacht measuring 47 meters. The position offers a salary of $9,000 – $10,000 USD and 60 days of leave in accordance with MLC regulations. The yacht will cruise Mexico until November and then move to the Caribbean for the winter charter season, followed by New England for Summer 2025. The ideal candidate should possess restaurant experience and the ability to prepare various high-end cuisines.
