Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a private 60m world cruising motor yacht in Europe. The successful candidate will cater to up to 16 crew members and assist the Head Chef as needed. The position offers a 5:1 rotation, with a start date as soon as possible. Salary is dependent on experience.

• 1-2 seasons of experience as a Sole Chef or Sous Chef on a similar-sized yacht • Ability to cater to up to 16 crew members • STCW certification • ENG1 medical certificate • Professional Culinary Qualifications
