Sole Chef

We are seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef for a 35m Private and Charter Sailing Yacht, to start in early August and continue until early November. The Sole Chef will be fully responsible for all galley operations, catering to 6 crew and up to 8 guests. The role entails confident cooking across various cuisines and dietary needs, predominantly using family-style service on boss trips and buffet/plated service while chartering. The position offers a lively crew environment during a busy season.
